Lower Class (The Working Poor)

The lower class is sometimes referred to as the working poor. Many people who count as poor aren't always homeless people with no jobs. In fact, many poor people do have jobs. Generally the lower class has less education than wealthier people. The working poor takes up about 20% of the United States population. The working poor make such low wages that it makes it almost impossible for them to save money.
